Recruitment

  • develop:
    • recruitment goals, strategies, and implementation plans;
    • screening timeline and schedule assignments;
    • prescreening scripts, inclusion/exclusion checklists, and screening and enrollment logs;
    • chart review plan and logs;
    • training materials for team;
    • community outreach presentations and information sessions;
    • health care professional presentations and reminder flyers;
    • advertisement materials (print ads, web ads, radio ads, tv commercials, fliers, posters, and mailers);
    • budget plan and tracking log;
    • quality assurance plan and logs
    • outcomes tracking logs and analyses.
  • obtain sponsor and IRB approvals prior to recruitment/advertisement materials implementation and use.
  • perform screening and follow-up calls; maintain screening logs.
  • provide screening/recruitment training to team members.
  • arrange appointment reminders to scheduled patients.
